Hi! My name is Andrew, Welcome to Pla(in)sight. From a young age, I have always been a visual person, I started photography at the age of 13 as a way to bond with my dad, and with time it became a passion that I was recognized for. I believe media has the power to effect change, mental health is an issue I have had an interest in for a while now.

As a young creative with no professional expertise, How could I contribute to the conversation and encourage people using the gifts at my disposal?

I created Pla(in)Sight as a visual blog that walks you through the various states of mind we often experience, both good and bad. I aim to conceptually depict the various mental states that exist, with accompanying write-ups to encourage and explore these states so those who live with them in one way or another feel seen and less alone

SIDE-NOTE: Plain sight? As in hidden in plain sight. Insight? A deeper understanding of something. BOOM! Pla(in)sight, a deeper understanding of what could be right in front of you. I hope you enjoy this journey with me!
